A high-growth proprietary trading firm is expanding into Nigeria and is seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead its market entry, growth, and trading operations.
We’re looking for a strategic, well-connected, and results-driven leader with a solid background in proprietary trading—someone capable of building strong teams, managing trading challenges, and driving rapid business growth in the Nigerian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch, manage, and scale prop trading operations in Nigeria.
- Design, execute, and oversee trading programs and trader challenges.
- Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing local growth and trading team using your industry network.
- Develop and implement a 90–180 day market growth and expansion strategy.
- Establish partnerships and onboard traders or clients from your existing connections.
- Oversee all local operations, recruitment, and market development initiatives.
Requirements
✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in a proprietary trading firm (essential)
✅ Proven experience managing prop trading programs or challenges
✅ Strong professional network of traders, partners, and team leads in Nigeria
✅ Demonstrated success building and scaling teams in the trading or financial sector
